Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent that includes the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the material on our site that you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the URL of the page).
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act on your behalf).

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Response Time
We aim to respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 48 hours. Upon receiving a valid notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material while we review the claim.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Good Faith
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure your claim is valid before filing.
